Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocados (about 350–400 g flesh)

  • ½ cup (50 g) unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ cup (120 ml) coconut cream (or dairy milk of choice)

  • ½ cup (60 g) powdered sweetener (stevia/erythritol/maple syrup)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, coconut whipped cream, grated dark chocolate

Note: Using really ripe avocados ensures the smoothest texture.

Prepare Your Ingredients

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a food processor or high-speed blender.
