  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the diced apples until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
