  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, melted butter, salt, eggs, and flour. Mix well.
  3. Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  7. Spread Biscoff spread evenly over the dough.
  8. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the Biscoff spread.
  9. Roll up the dough tightly from the long side and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  10. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover with a towel, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  11. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
