  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cubed butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to work the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
