Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the rolled oats until they are finely ground.
  2. Add the chocolate protein powder, almond butter, honey, cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor. Pulse until well combined and a dough forms.
  3. Using your hands, roll the dough into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. If desired, roll the balls in chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or chocolate chips for added texture and flavor.
