  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the pie crusts onto a lightly floured surface and use a cookie cutter or a cup to cut out circles from the dough.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chocolate chip and marshmallow mixture onto half of the dough circles, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Place another dough circle on top of each filled circle and use a fork to crimp the edges together, sealing the pies.
  6. In a separate small bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  7. Brush each hand pie with the butter mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake the hand pies for 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
