  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Calabrian chili peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and Calabrian chili peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
