  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning the beef brisket with salt and pepper on all sides.
  2. In a large skillet, sear the brisket on all sides until browned. Transfer the brisket to a slow cooker.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the beef broth, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and onion. Pour the mixture over the brisket in the slow cooker.
