  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, flour, and milk until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 3 hours.
  7. In a small saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter. Stir in 1/4 cup sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Cook until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth.
  8. Remove cheesecake from springform pan and drizzle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  9. Slice and serve the Churro Cheesecake, and enjoy!
