  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in the baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the 2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
