  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the kielbasa from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in the paprika, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for another 5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  8. Return the cooked kielbasa to the skillet and stir to combine.
