  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the grated zucchinis in a colander and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for about 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the zucchinis, flour, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
