  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs and mix in Dijon mustard.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken tenders.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
