  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the carrots and cook until they are just tender, about 10 minutes. Drain the carrots and let them cool slightly.
  3. Place the carrots on a baking sheet and gently smash them with a fork or the bottom of a glass to flatten them slightly.
  4. Drizzle the smashed carrots with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
