  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  6. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft.
