  • 6 pork sausages
  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the sausages over medium heat until cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In a large pot, layer the sliced onions, potatoes, browned sausages, and crispy bacon.
  4. Pour the chicken stock over the ingredients in the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
