  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning, enchilada sauce, and green chilies. Simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
