Eggs Benedict Casserole is a delicious twist on the classic Eggs Benedict dish. This casserole version is perfect for serving a crowd for brunch or breakfast. It combines all the flavors of traditional Eggs Benedict in an easy-to-make casserole form.

  • 6 English muffins, split and cut into cubes
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • Hollandaise sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the cubed English muffins in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the English muffins in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the diced ham, cheddar cheese, and chives over the top of the casserole.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Serve the Eggs Benedict Casserole warm with Hollandaise sauce drizzled on top.
