  • 6 croissants, sliced in half
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place the bottom halves of the croissants in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the diced ham evenly over the croissants.
  4. Top with half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants, ham, and cheese in the baking dish.
  7. Place the top halves of the croissants on top of the egg mixture.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
