  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded zucchini, oats, whole wheat flour, honey, nuts, raisins, coconut oil, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and vanilla extract together.
