  • 8 oz fusilli pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
