  • 2 cups mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mixed berries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix well and pour into the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the berry filling in the baking dish.
  5. Bake the cobbler in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
