The Perfect Pasta Salad Recipe
- 1 pound pasta (such as rotini or penne)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, black olives, feta cheese, and parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
