Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and cut it into 6 equal squares. Press each square into a muffin cup, making sure to leave some overhang.
  3. In a bowl, combine the diced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour. Spoon the peach mixture into each puff pastry-lined muffin cup.
  4. Roll out the second sheet of puff pastry and cut it into 6 equal squares. Place a square on top of each muffin cup and tuck in the overhanging edges.
  5. Brush each cruffin with melted butter and then brush with beaten egg.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cruffins are golden brown and puffed up.
  7. While the cruffins are baking, mix together the powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze.
  8. Once the cruffins are done baking, let them cool for a few minutes before drizzling the glaze over the top.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
