  • 1 package of refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 1/2 cup of store-bought pesto
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small zucchini, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large skillet of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the ravioli to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions.
  3. While the ravioli is cooking, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a separate skillet over medium heat.
