  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 loaf French bread, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a cast iron skillet, spread the marinara sauce evenly on the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce.
  4. Top with mini pepperoni slices, black olives, green bell pepper, and red onion.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. While the dip is baking, make the garlic butter bread. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and minced garlic.
  8. Brush the garlic butter mixture onto the sliced French bread.
  9. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Once the dip and bread are done, remove from the oven and serve hot.
