  • 1 loaf of bread dough
  • 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the bread dough on a floured surface and cut it into small pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the spinach artichoke mixture. Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Place the bread pieces in a greased baking dish and spoon the spinach artichoke mixture over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the dip is bubbly.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
