  • 8 oz. of noodles (such as egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp of hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli to the pan. Stir fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, then pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
