  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  3. In a separate large bowl, mix together the vegetable oil and sugar until well combined.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the pumpkin.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the water.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
