  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the beef stew meat with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the beef on all sides. Transfer the beef to the crockpot.
  3. Add the onion, carrots, celery, potatoes, peas, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and beef broth to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the beef is tender.
