Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water.
  2. Bring the water to a boil, then remove from heat.
  3. Let the eggs sit covered for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath.
  5. Peel the eggs and chop them into pieces.
