Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 medium carrots diced
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and smoked paprika.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
