Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 2 carrots julienned
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken and vegetables.
  2. Layer the ingredients in the crockpot.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients together.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Prepare and add the lo mein noodles.
  7. Stir gently to combine everything.
  8. Serve hot, garnished as desired.
