Delicious Butterbeer Cookies for Every Occasion

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • ½ cup cream soda

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and cream soda.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in the butterscotch chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
