  • 15 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the dates by making a slit down one side and removing the pit.
  3. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, walnuts, olive oil, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each date with the cheese mixture, pressing lightly to ensure they are well-filled.
  5. Arrange the stuffed dates on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool briefly before serving.
