Ingredients
  

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup mixed greens spinach, arugula, etc.
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette

Method
 

  1. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a generous layer of hummus on each tortilla.
  3. Layer the mixed greens on top of the hummus.
  4. Evenly distribute the sliced bell peppers, grated carrot, and cucumber over the greens.
  5. Add avocado slices and drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
  6. Carefully roll the tortilla, folding in the sides as you go.
  7. Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately.
