Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray or butter.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
While the bread cools, prepare the cinnamon glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, milk, and ground cinnamon.
Once the bread is completely cool, drizzle the cinnamon glaze over the top.
Slice and serve your delicious pumpkin bread warm or at room temperature.
