  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder

  • 8 taco shells crunchy or soft

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spoon the pumpkin mixture into each taco shell.
  4. Place the filled taco shells on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
