Air fry for about 6-8 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
If making stuffed pitas, fill with your choice of fillings after air-frying, then return for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly before serving.
