Fold in the chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar if desired.
