Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce such as Frank’s RedHot
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese optional
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken with the hot sauce, ensuring the chicken is well-coated.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt to the bowl, and mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled blue cheese (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
