Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, onion powder, and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until fully coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for deeper flavor.
Arrange the marinated chicken thighs skin-side up in a baking dish. Pour the chicken broth around the thighs to keep them moist during cooking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
