Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Activate the yeast by mixing it with warm water and letting it sit until frothy.
  2. Combine flour, salt, and olive oil in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the activated yeast mixture to the flour blend and knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the beef filling by browning the onions and garlic.
  6. Add ground beef and spices to the pan, cooking until well browned.
  7. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and let the filling cool before using.
  8. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Roll out the dough and fill it with the beef mixture, shaping it as desired.
  10. Place the filled bread in a greased pan and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
  11. Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Cool slightly before slicing to ensure easy serving.
