Irresistible Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bulb garlic 6-8 cloves
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough 8 count
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning over medium heat until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined, then remove from heat.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch round.
  6. Place a generous spoonful of the meat and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold over to seal, pinching the edges tightly.
  7. Brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
  8. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each one.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Let the bombs cool for a few minutes before serving, as the filling will be extremely hot.
