Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar, bananas, vanilla, lemon juice, and mix thoroughly.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Fold in the heavy cream until just combined.
Pour the filling over the baked crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 55-60 minutes until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
