Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend well.
  4. Sprinkle in the baking soda and salt; mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring even distribution.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a greased baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
