Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix 1 ounce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1/2 cup crispy fried onions
  • Pickles and extra cheese for serving optional

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ranch dressing mix, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Use your hands to mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, until browned and slightly charred.
  4. Flip the burgers and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for medium doneness. If desired, add an extra slice of cheese on top during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  5. While the burgers are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a separate skillet until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a toasted bun and topping with crispy fried onions, pickles, and any additional toppings you prefer.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy the explosion of flavors in every bite!
