Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken and marinade ingredients.
