Method
 

  1. Prepare the campfire, ensuring stable, medium flames.
  2. Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cube the chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, vegetables, and olive oil. Mix well.
  5. Place the mixture in a cast-iron skillet or on skewers.
  6. Cook over the campfire, stirring or turning occasionally for about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Once cooked through, remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
