Ingredients
  

  • 1 package 12-16 frozen potstickers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the frozen potstickers to the skillet in a single layer.
  3. Carefully flip the potstickers and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add sliced bell peppers, broccoli, and julienned carrots to the skillet.
  5. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  6. Drizzle in soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing the ingredients to coat.
  7. Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
